Exactly. Massive government support (one of the main issues Biden gravitated to), more affirmative action and grants, more training added in corporations, major social support, overwhelming media support, black squares all over social media, BLM in many bio's, major celebrity support etc. etc. There was a massive mainstream wave of support. It seems there is actually much more evidence of cultural support than racism. But it seems the more cultural support it got, the more it implied there was more racism.
