Great article and I really think you were on to something with this.
I think a great motivator for overcoming Anima possession is how you will feel about yourself if you don’t overcome it.
Imagine a few more years going by and being the same frustrated underachieving mess who is afraid of doing the things that will be good for you. For me when I feel resentment and jealousy of others, I know they are doing something I know I should, but feel too disempowered to do so.
When I catch on to these emotions I use them to become radically aware despite the fear, using it as an indicator of the need for awareness, and know that whatever I discover will be empowering.
When Anima possessed, I have found that it is easier for the mind to conjure failings and grab a hold of negative outcomes rather than create imaginings of discovery and feelings of connection and fulfilment.
So I would add using fear and projection to become radically aware of what’s inside you, and consciously visualise positive future situations to overcome insecurity and indecision.
