I have heard they are heavy-handed in their censorship, most notably in their recent taking down of Jordan Peterson’s 40 Rules for life, an answer to the question “What are the most valuable things everyone should know?” in which case there was nothing offensive.

Your comment about obesity was not a problem, though it’s conceivable that through omission of the psychological elements of obesity, the answer came off as too simple, potentially implying a deficit of will of obese people, but I don’t think that was your intention. I think there is a fear of “fatphobia” on the internet and there are more than enough people who will complain.
