- Don’t fight, find peace where you can.
- Relax and be honest with yourself.
- Gently inquire within and pose questions
- Explore some new ideas
I find writing is a wonderful way to excavate things inside that need attention but are rather murky when trying to think it through unaided. Write about the past, the future, your feelings…
Reading can help with constructing meaning as well.
