I’m glad to hear you feel relief, and know you are not alone!

The Will to Power by Friedrich Nietzsche is a must. I never read it during my dark night but I really wish I had.

The YouTube channel Academy of Ideas is very good. It is oriented toward philosophy and depth psychology. In other words: the human story, potential, the human mind, and its ailments.

I have also written an article that consolidates my main lessons from my struggle not just through the dark night, but though becoming an adult.

For me personally, Ayn Rand’s non-fiction helped me gain a sense of an ought for my life and some sense of grounding. A way to recompose by following values and determining my own philosophy.

Whether any of these things help, I am not sure. Any person can have different issues that have submerged them into the dark night.

You could also look for books on the very topic of the dark night fo the soul. I never read through any entirely as I relied on a variety of sources as well as my own experience.

Thank you for reading and I wish you luck!
