Yeah, many are laboring jobs that I’m just not naturally good at. I’m usually great with creativity and ideas, but horrible with practical things.

Unfortunately it’s quite difficult to get to a position where you can live off creativity and ideas, but there’s always need for labor.

I have had my confidence knocked a lot, had people swear at me, micro-manage things I didn’t do perfectly, talked to in a condescending manner like I was worthless… many things.

Members of my family and friends have often had it rough too, but you’ll find a lot of people rationalise why they should stay instead of using that mental energy to think of something different to do where they have self-esteem and other’s respect.

That’s why it’s on this list.
